We engaged the Kensium team after another Magento/Adobe Commerce solutions provider failed to meet our objectives in migrating our Magento 1 store to Magento 2. Migrating our platform was a very complex project due to a Headless architecture, a custom-built procurement application, and a product catalog of over 135K SKUs driven by a SaaS provider. Kensium took on the project at approximately the mid-point on the completion timeline and successfully took us over the finish line. We had a successful launch just prior to the busy holiday season, and the new webstore is now performing well. We will continue to rely on Kensium for both maintenance of the new webstore and for building out new customer-facing features and functionality.

EPG Lawyers has used Kensium for the complete reboot of our website, for adding security measures, and for bringing it up to the ADA requirements. The team has done each task with grace, creativity, and precision. The Kensium team is extremely responsive and worked hard to make sure that our website truly reflected our firm’s nature and goals. Kensium has been wonderful to work with over the past few months. As a project manager, having access to Wrike allowed me to keep up to date with the Kensium team. It was easy to request enhancements and to document issues through development, testing, and launching our new ecommerce platform. Kensium responded quickly to our needs and worked with us to find solutions when a problem arose during implementation.

They truly seem to care about the customer and not simply making money. There were things that other developer groups would be charging you for—almost essentially nickeling and diming you to death—whereas Kensium didn’t do that. They definitely seem to have a long view of the partnership with their customer.

I wanted to take a moment to talk about the Kensium staff and the support that has been provided. I know it isn’t done often enough where someone takes the time to thank an organization for its work. But, I’m doing that. Every single time there has been a customization requirement sent to be created, it has been done. The response time of the staff was amazing. As a former U.S. Marine, being efficient and timely is a key component of a successful organization. I see that in Kensium. Good leadership combined with an amazing staff shows when working with Kensium.

The Kensium team managed our migration from Magento 1 to Magento 2 with competence and professionalism while working with our technical team. They were able to navigate our unique set of challenges integrating configurable physical and digital products while creating a low-friction shopping experience for our customers. We’re thrilled with the professional look and feel of our website and look forward to working with Kensium on future projects.
