Placing an order under a specific company, automatically links to correct customer record in Acumatica. Additionally, shipping and billing addresses are automatically retrieved from the customer or company record.

Upon creating a quote or placing an order, B2B approval workflows ensure only approved records are processed. Company admins can assign roles, define approval authority, and set up detailed workflows for precise control.

Quick Order

B2B buyers often differ from B2C customers in their checkout behaviour, frequently bypassing product catalogues and cart additions. The Catalog Quick Order functionality allows B2B users to place orders efficiently by entering SKUs and quantities directly or by uploading a file with SKU and quantity details.
