At Kensium, Richard worked with his partners to establish a relationship with Acumatica and enter the e-commerce industry, which has become the organization's core competency. Richard left Kensium in 2020 to work on several personal projects. He rejoined the company in 2023 as CEO to help continue the company's growth.

Raghav has over 22 years’ overall experience of which he has spent 20 years in ERP Consulting, Account Management, Practice Management, Organizational Consulting and Restructuring. He is adept at Practice Building, Pre-sales, Account Management, Delivery Management, System design, Change Management Strategies- aimed at improving baseline revenues. His experience covers areas ranging from ERP consulting to the various other mission critical facets of ERP consulting. His stints in start-ups has enabled him to achieve insights into translating business practices into feasible business models. He has driven alliance initiatives with Oracle to augment sales efforts in the MEA region particularly in the Oracle E-biz space. He has a proven ability to deliver substantial revenue through well-managed on-time projects, acquisitions, and business process remodeling. On a persona front, he’s been a three time BBC Wildlife Photographer of the year between 2009-2012. His work is on display in the Bombay Natural History Museum with footnotes from Salim Ali.
