Job Description:

• Possess strong knowledge of project management processes, such as Scrum and Agile.

• Develop and apply appropriate project management standards from project initiation through delivery.
• Gather requirements for project stakeholders, including customers, external vendors, and internal departments
• Create, develop, and maintain project plans including objectives, deliverables, and schedules.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure targets are achieved promptly at all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external suppliers, stakeholders, and customer relationships
• Should be innovative in simplifying complex business requirements which can be successfully converted into technical scalable designs for future enhancements.
• Work closely with clients to identify and analyze business requirements. Work with Solution Architects to craft appropriate, cost-effective, scalable solutions.
• Proven track record of project leadership delivering projects within defined timeframes.
• Provide support to project planning, milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting; financial management; and change management across the PMO
• Prepare regular status reporting to all levels of the business
• Ensure efficient change control methods and processes are utilized
• Recruit and develop Project Management resources.
• Lead the way through quality deliverables all along the project life cycle.
• Ensure project success on all parameters – Scope, Cost, Schedule & Quality through PM resources.
• Drive the right solutions as a customer advocate in all streams – building business confidence in engineering.
• Conduct regular standup/SCRUM conversations.
• Work with Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers to support active client projects ensuring project requirements and deadlines are met.
• Work closely with internal team members and other departments to ensure that project goals and milestones are accomplished.
• Overall minimum 10 Years of hands-on experience in project management.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience handling projects in e-Commerce or ERP
• Experience in managing budgets, project plans, resource allocations, and priorities
• Exceptional client management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with onshore/offshore teams.
• PMP, ACP, or CSM certification is a plus.
• Previous work experience in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of conventional eCommerce business process flows like payment gateway, shipping, WMS, OMS, CRM, PIM, ERP, etc. is a plus.

Preferred:

• Experience in managing teams across multiple time zones
• Good knowledge of tools like MS Project / Primavera / Wrike / Others.
• PMI ACCP / CAPM certified

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in IT project management – full life cycle
• > 12 years of experience across multiple roles (Analyst/Dev/Test) in the IT industry
• At least 8 years of Project management
• At least a few years of client-facing experience
• Good track record of dealing with US & Europe clients
• Proficient in verbal & written communications
• Bachelor’s in business administration, Project Management, Marketing, Economics, Operations Management, Computer Science, or equivalent
