Overview

Riddle’s Jewelry was looking to implement an ecommerce site that reflected their brand values while providing a smoother, quicker and more consistent user experience across desktop and mobile devices.

In addition, they were also looking for more personalized customer experience while supporting the following key requirements:

Inventory Management

With several retail stores that also double up as fulfillment centers, and the need to give users the ability to buy online and pick up in store (BOPIS), it was important to sync inventory across the various stores with the website to provide users with the most accurate inventory.

User Experience

One of the key UX/UI requirements of high-end jewelry is the need to provide a class user experience with capabilities such as 360-degree view of products, ability for customers to try on jewelry virtually, etc. while ensuring fast page load times as well as a responsive interface.

Personalization

The use of data to provide personalized product recommendations is critical to improve the shopping experience, leading to increased conversions. Additionally, implementing effective cross-selling and upselling strategies, was critical to boost the average order value (AOV), leading to increased revenue.

Commerce

Progressive Web Applications (PWA) are faster and more agile than native applications (traditional websites) bringing both speed and accessibility to Riddle’s Jewelry. The flexibility of the PWA framework combined with Adobe Commerce’s high level of customizability allowed Kensium to customize experiences throughout the buyer journey. The new PWA-based solution provided a smoother, quicker, and more consistent user experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.

More than satisfying. With the help of Kensium, Riddles was able to increase traffic, Conversion Rate as well as Average Order Value – all resulting in significant increase of online revenue. Also, access to real time inventory boosted customer engagement.
